Chapter 15 and the writing about the allusions (references to another idea) of other myths that we have learned about in ELA and Social Studies or even previous years.

NOTE: I will not be checking until next week as we have Greek and Roman day tomorrow. This is not considered weekend homework since they have a weeknight to finish it.

ELA Homework

Today we read "Myths and Legends" and found the main idea of the text. Our exit ticket related to the article, asking for similarities and differences of gods to humans. If your student was absent please make sure they read "Myths and Legends" (in Google classroom) and complete the exit ticket.

Tonight's homework is to read chapter 10 and record how Percy Jackson alludes to the myth Cronus (The Titan who ate his kids to ensure they didn't over throw him and was tricked into eating a stone instead of the youngest son, Zeus.)
