SOCIAL STUDIES
Rewrite the passage from the Declaration of Independence in YOUR OWN WORDS. Parents you are welcome and encouraged to help your child with this activity.

Final Copy of How to Essay is due Wednesday- it should be 3 paragraphs. Students must turn in, flow map, rough draft(with revisions) and final copy.
Reading Log is due Tuesday- NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Monday:
Students will have a mini-read-in on Monday. They need to have reading logs and books here on Monday, whether they are completed or not. If they are done they may read anything they wish, but they need to show me the completed log. If they are not done, they will have the class period to work on it.
Tuesday
Students who turned in completed reading logs on Tuesday, will have the opportunity to play board games during Language Arts. They may bring snacks and drinks-soda should have caps please.
If the logs are not complete the student will be sent to another room to work on it.
